Student-athletes are a special breed. They dedicate countless hours to excelling in the classroom while also giving their all in their respective sports. While the spotlight often shines on the 4- and 5-star athletes who earn full scholarships and lucrative NIL deals—and we salute their well-deserved success—we also want to honor those whose hard work and achievements may not always make the headlines.
The WarOwl Foundation is committed to supporting student-athletes who have put in the same level of effort and excellence but may not receive a “full ride.” These athletes still dream of extending their playing careers while pursuing a quality education, and we strive to help make that possible.
Led by former student-athletes from Rice University, the WarOwl Foundation’s mission is to positively impact the lives of young athletes who aspire to compete at the next level while building a strong foundation for their future.
